Tenager in the House

Alexi Marie Salter woke up Saturday, January 3rd, and proclaimed as she decended the stairs, "Oh yeah, I'm a tenager! Uh huh, a tenager!" Ali is a wonderful part of our family. She's smart, creative, fun, quiet, loud, moody, tender-hearted, lovable, good with kids and animals, a great reader, and determined and so much more.

We had a fun day celebrating with Ali. At 1:00, four of her friends came over for cake and ice cream. We opened presents, and headed for the ice rink -yip they have one in Vegas. They tore up the ice, maybe more from their falls, but they had a good time. Then we went to Cheeburger where we ate and the entire restaurant sang "Happy Birthday" to Ali. Yay Ali our sweet 10ager. We love you girl.
